Anybody tried homemade pear butter before? if not, you should try this one. Sure you can buy it at supermarket but homemade is always better. I’ve made apple sauce before and it was so delicious and finally I’ve made this yummy homemade pear butter.
What you need are pear fruits, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, lemon juice and water. Here I used cinnamon stick, fresh ginger and vanilla seeds from pod. You can substitute it with ground cinnamon, ground ginger and vanilla extract. If you want to know how to use vanilla pod for cooking, check it out at The Kitchn.
